Refund/Return Policy
When can I get a refund?
All RAE SEW CREATIVE T-shirt quilts and products are made from the items sent in by the customer. If a customer has not sent in their shirts after a two-month period, the payment is non-refundable. Payment is refundable if the customer has not sent in the shirts and requests a refund within the two-month grace period.
What can I do if I'm not completely satisfied with my RAE SEW CREATIVE products?
Our number one goal at RAE SEW CREATIVE is customer satisfaction! If you are not satisfied with your quilt or other product upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to see if there is anything we can do to improve your experience.
How long do I have to send in my shirts?
We do ask that you send in your shirts within 3 months of ordering. After 3 months, your order will be closed. If, for some reason, you need an extension, please contact us!
